The Property Manager You Can Trust

Hi, I’m Tash Rankin, a South Canterbury local and I look forward to working with you.

Tash Rankin

I have a strong history working in property management environments. I’m a landlord myself and have managed dozens of properties over the years – my own residential and rural farm rentals, as well as for other people. I have also worked for larger real estate property management companies.

All of this lead to me seeing a need for a small boutique rental management company with personality. I want to create a space where landlords feel comfortable and relaxed knowing their investment: and just as importantly their tenant’s experience is enhanced as well through streamlined processes for rent payments, lease renewals, and other administrative tasks.

My other ventures include:

 

    • Previous owner of a coffee business (you’ll still hear me referred to as the ‘coffee lady’)
    • Volunteering in the emergency services space for the past six years
    • Mum of four and busy member of the South Canterbury community
